Tips for Portraits
1. A good night's rest will increase the quality of your portraits.
2. Neutral colors allow "you" to be the focus- not your clothing.
3. Sleeveless shirts will distract from your face.
4. V-necks and turtlenecks flatter your face.
5. Stripes, plaids, and bold prints do not photograph well.
6. Bright colors have a tendency to overwhelm your face.
7. Musical instruments, sports items, or hobby and collectibles are great accents and add unique personality.
8. Glasses produce glare, which is expensive to retouch. We suggest removing the lenses to avoid this problem.
